London, UK - 30th September 2015: Software Focus International ( SFI ) announced a new partnership with leading provider of Delivery Management solutions, This partnership has now made it possible for SFI to deliver new low cost web based technology solutions (Click Plus) that will enable simple adoption for many retailers in the UK
Unique to Click Plus, the technology will allow retailers using the web platform to integrate Click Plus (click and collect service) into their own websites simply and quickly. Once integrated, retailers will be able to offer their customers the option to have their purchases delivered directly to their most convenient Click Plus store for collection at a time that suits them, avoiding the hassle of waiting in or missing home deliveries.
Customers can easily choose their store for delivery. The functionality, which can be fully integrated into the rest of the retailer’s website and will create a seamless user experience for online shoppers. Once the customer has completed their purchase, a Click Plus label will be automatically produced, making it easy for the retailer to quickly fulfil the order. Online retailers already using the Click Plus Returns service can also choose to include a returns label for customers’ parcels using this integration.
